Content & Brand Lead

Shaping Arkion's visual approach and turning the marketing plan into sustained execution.

Role Description

Our GTM motion is built on the Revenue Architecture framework, and we plan, measure, and invest across the full customer lifecycle — from awareness and demand creation, through activation and expansion, to advocacy. Every marketing investment is expected to earn its place inside the framework, not just generate impressions.

The Content & Brand Lead shapes how Arkion is seen and understood in its category, and runs the weekly content and design engine — on brand, on thesis, and on cadence.

You work in a tight content-creation task force with the fractional CMO — plan and copy on one side, design and production on the other, meeting in the middle on every flagship, case study, deck, and campaign.

Responsible for driving cost efficient results by the distribution of the content you produced via digital channels and physical events.

How we work

We plan and execute in a weekly rhythm: a short stand-up on pipeline and experiments, a monthly review on metrics, and a quarterly reset where we kill what isn't working and double down on what is.

Content and design are not supporting functions at Arkion — they are load-bearing parts of the revenue engine. The North Star is a qualified pipeline, not impressions. We are small, senior, and direct: feedback is fast, decisions are fast, and the quality bar is high.

About You

You are a design-led hybrid: senior enough to have a view on Arkion's visual approach, practical enough to ship weekly.

Must-haves

  • Exceptional design craft. Editorial design, information design, data visualisation, brand systems, and channel-native execution.
  • A design-led portfolio that shows range across long-form, short-form, and visual systems for B2B audiences.
  • Information-design fluency. You turn a technical argument about AI, grids, or data into a clear, compelling visual without losing the substance.
  • Motion and short-form video. You produce motion graphics and short-form video in-house — core distribution surfaces for Arkion.
  • B2B SaaS experience. You have worked inside a B2B SaaS business, and you understand how marketing, product, and sales connect.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.

Bonus points

  • Domain familiarity with energy, utilities, infrastructure, or AI/ML.
  • Revenue Architecture fluency — you understand the full customer lifecycle, can tell which stage a piece of work serves, and ideally have operated inside such a GTM.
  • Multi-language beyond Swedish and English. Swedish language, or base in Stockholm with a European network of creative specialists.
