The Content & Brand Lead shapes how Arkion is seen and understood in its category, and runs the weekly content and design engine — on brand, on thesis, and on cadence.
You work in a tight content-creation task force with the fractional CMO — plan and copy on one side, design and production on the other, meeting in the middle on every flagship, case study, deck, and campaign.
Responsible for driving cost efficient results by the distribution of the content you produced via digital channels and physical events.
We plan and execute in a weekly rhythm: a short stand-up on pipeline and experiments, a monthly review on metrics, and a quarterly reset where we kill what isn't working and double down on what is.
Content and design are not supporting functions at Arkion — they are load-bearing parts of the revenue engine. The North Star is a qualified pipeline, not impressions. We are small, senior, and direct: feedback is fast, decisions are fast, and the quality bar is high.
